Error (cordova add android platform error!)

     Hii All ,

     I am trying to install HAT into my system , but in 5th step of installation  I am getting this error.

I am using the following versions of cordova , npm, node.js:

This is my CMD screen which i got after clicking on Check ALL Button in HAT :

And if i manually trying to open that which is mentioned in error  link I.e

https://registry.npmjs.org/cordova-android/-/cordova-android-4.1.1.tgz

A folder is automatically downloaded with package name . Following is the screen-shot of the same folder.

Please Guide me in resolving this error.
