This is a very open question and thus comes with an unspecific answer:
You can write scripts inside PD using vbs. So you could write your own JSON parser and create objects accordingly.
Depending on the hierarchical structure of the JSON file and what in particular this file is supposed to represent in PD this ranges from fairly easy to very complex.
