What I understood so far about the essentially to go for this is to have integration with FI (Asset accounting), Costing, Rental Management, Architectural aspects etc.
- Our company has big township. When I think about taking it into SAP, often it seems to me that it can very well fit into the objects of regular Plant maintenance, because our implementation does not have integration with Asset accounting or deeper Costing analyses through SAP. So our main aim being to capture mainly the History of a Real estate and the costs of maintenance, we might not need to go for Real Estate Management. Just sharing my views (You might have already understood that I too do not have exposure to Real Estate Management).
