When you say it still validates this, are you meaning that its still displaying the Address Reviewer screen but your results aren't what you expect? You are returning 80 Aspen la co, rather than 80 Aspen La?
Try a simpler test, if you output default is typically in Mixed casing, enter the address in all Upper Case. Does it standardize it to Mixed? or vice versa, if you normally see all upper case.
If you enter 80 Aspen Lane I expect 80 Aspen La
80 Aspen la co - I expect 80 Aspen La
80 ASPEN LANE - I expect 80 Aspen La
You have stated that you have the country specific data installed, and not only the "all_world" data which makes a big difference in the answer, as the assignment level with the all_world data would only be to the last line level. With all_world the address line data will never be changed.
When I process your address I see the data changing or assigning consistently regardless of if I change it to "la co", If your case test doesn't change, I would look into making sure the product has all the documented SAP notes installed for the version you are running as it sounds like the data is not being pulled from or saved to the tables that populate the fields correctly.
To help more with this you need to provide more specifics. Is this the Data Services connection or the HANA connection? the version of DQM for SAP, versions of HANA or DS..
