Not that I know.
Contact your ABAPer to get it done, telling you to start debuggin with /h in the command field will probably not help you further as you get lost anyway if you have not ABAP skills, which you generally just confirmed with that question.
Explain your ABAPer what problem you have, show it to him on the screen and then let him do his work
