I'm sorry, my mistake... what I meant in my previous reply is 745 PL 116 and above.

So for release 745 (and also 722), PL 116 and above have the described problem. For these releases, use PL 100. Patch 115 would be OK too, but that's not on SMP anymore so you can only use it if you happened to have downloaded it earlier.
For 742, PL 401 is the known best kernel right now.
