Error modifying the request ESEP0000991200001.

Dear Experts,

There are 4 levels of approvals for my client based on employee cadre

we have maintained and mapped workFlow WS77900165 for approvers . 4 levels of approvers are updated in table T77WWW_TEAAP once we ran HINUEATP. however when reporting manager trying to approve , the above said error occured.

Please let me know to proceed further.

Note: Evaluation Path EE-BH to indentify A012 - Org Unit head relationship.
