Unable to detach documents from Framework Cells

Hi,

Is anyone else having the same problem of not being able to delete documents attached to the Framework cells? Or if I am able to delete an attached document it then deletes the whole Framework Matrix! Can someone please offer some assistance on how to delete or detach documents from Farmework cells? I'm using PowerDesigner 16.5
