Don't you want to share how the problem was solved?
The forum is not your personal helpdesk, it is public anybody can read any discussion and can learn from it. A discussion without solution is pretty worthless for future readers.
And you neither marked a helpful nor a correct answer and did not yet provide how it was solved.
