Sales employee is been created in HCM in our company and this personnel number which has been created will be used in sales transaction like Qt or sales order. If this personnel number which has been created as sales employee if resigned will be marked as DELETED in HCM. But in our sales transaction still we can use this number even after assignment of deletion and the message gives it as SALES EMPLOYEE 10562 HAS BEEN DELTED and this is warning message. My issue is it should not allow to enter by anybody if it has been assigned as DELETED indicator. How can i achieve this.
