SAP Business One 9.2 web access external URL

Hello Experts,

We are just configured SAP 9.2 with web browser access. And we are able to access it in our local network. But when I'm am trying to access our public IP it is not working. It is getting redirected to the local IP. We have redirected it to the external address mapping but still having same issue.

Local IP: http://localhost:8100/dispatcher

Example Public IP: http://124.105.99.99:8100/dispatcher

This IP: 124.105.99.99 is already in the SLD-config.XML

When i am trying edit URL and enter the public ip then it is giving following error:
