Check this

1. Path needs to be defined via 'Administration->System

Initialisation->General Settings->Path->Attachment Folder

2. Path needs to be defined via 'Administration->System

Initialisation->General Settings->Path-> Picture Folder

3. The Windows User needs to have write/modify permission for the

defined under 1 and 2.

(To check if the permission is correct,

1. access the folder and check if a new file could be saved)

Note : you need to create query print layout in order to use the PDF option.
