Can you explain me what is local and change documents data

I have two clients in Quality system one is 400 (production client) and 300 ( training client).

I am going to perform deletion of 300 client in QAS system and remote client copy of production 400 to quality 300 using SAP_ALL profile

Will RFC, partner profile data,BD64,BD54 data will be overwritten in the target client (QAS system )during remote client copy.
