Issue while passing Data to Details View from Master View in SplittApp

Hello SAP UI5 Gurus,

I am writing an application using sap.m.SplittApp as main UI control.

Requirement is to fetch Employee details into Master Page of SplittApp and when a user presses any of the displayed Employee in Master Page it should show more details about the Employee in Details Page of SplittApp

I was able to fetch the same in Master Page , but on click details are not coming in Details Page of SplittApp.

I have attached the code as .txt file.

Code is written uisng BBEdit ( HTML page creation app for Mac OS ) for iMac.

Helpful points regarding this issue much appreciated.
