Resolved the issue with the help of ABAP team.
The table was indeed COM_SE_BUSOBJTY.
Went into debugging mode and made entries of correct index ID's
Index ID's are visible in Index Hierarchy Tab in TREXADMIN(T-code)
Now indexing job is running successfully.
